Since yesterday was such an awesome day in more than one way I decided to share it with the world. First, my thesis got accepted!!!! I was jumping up and down, rolling around like some crazy chik because honestly, I was scared to death. My stupid consultent - that old bastard! - dared tell me I could be happy if they accepted it. And you know what I got? 4! Only 3 points was needed to 5. If you don't know how it works in Hungary, I tell you 5 is the best mark you can get. Whatever, the point is it got accepted, which means I can go to the final exam. Joy. Okay, I can't go yet because 1- it's on 1st of July (what a shame, it means I will miss the midnight premier of Eclipse), 2- I still have one more exam to do. Yes, thankfuly only one because yesterday I managed to pass my protocol exam what I'm very proud about. Only press-history left, which will be next week and they say it's damn hard. But worry about it when I get there.
Yesterday was also a day of emberassment. Why? Because of my "friend" - I don't like to call her my friend since we aren't that close - even if she thinks we are - but I can't call her my buddy because that would be hilarious. Anyway it all started when we met Michel - a very nice French guy who attend to the university with us, in 3 years it was the first time I talked to him but I like him - and we talked about our thesis. He talked about why he got bad mark for his - what was very interesting - when Niki decided to cut him off and ramble about her own. Poor guy didn't even know what happened, he looked at her and asked what she was talking about. I sent him a sympathetic smile, just to let him know I'm not such a jerk as my "friend".
And my torture didn't end there. After the exam we stayed in the class, waiting for the teacher to check out our papers. First Niki started to ramble about why she had to go to the ladies room - because she's got problems with her kidney, blabla (It's pretty weird, she barely says her name before she states her kidney was transplated. I feel for her, really but you just don't run around the world, talking about your health problems) - that poor teacher tried to stop her but of course she didn't realize it. And then came the worse. She asked the teacher if her Louise Vutton bag was real! I thought I would sink into the ground and wouldn't even stop until I got to China. Is she really that dumb? I mean, come on, who the hell ask something like that from a teacher??? The funniest part it was our !protocol! teacher. Niki managed to broke more than one huge rules in only 10 minutes. Now it's funny, but it was oh-so-emberassing. Yyou know bird about its feather man about his/her friend.
Plus, she wants me to meet her boyfriend (again). Now I don't want that and I stated it more than one time. Why not? Because I don't like him. He (occasionally-my *ss) uses drugs - what would be enough for me to dislike him since I hate drugs from the gut - plus I really don't like the way he treats Niki. So I had to tell her again, no thanks, I'm not interested in your boyfriend even if he likes football.
So in the end it was mostly a great day even if I felt humilated more than one time and I missed the opening match of the WC, it was the first time in my life but it worth it.
